By accessing or using the services provided by Invuix, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Invuix provides a transactional notification API allowing businesses to deliver automated updates, login verifications, and invoice alerts to their registered end-users.

2. SMS Terms and Conditions

When you opt-in to our notification alerts:

• You consent to receive transactional text notifications. Message frequency varies based on your application triggers.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in response to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.
• Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and us to you.
